Mikaela is passionate about all things related to mental health, and has a special interest in trauma and working with victim-survivors of domestic and family violence.
Mikaela is also a qualified group fitness instructor and loves teaching her classes at the Portland Leisure and Aquatic Centre.
In her spare time, Mikaela enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, and getting outdoors and enjoying all the beautiful places that Portland has to offer.
