Annie Elliott (Remedial Therapist) 

Annie graduated from SW Tafe with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, 2020 and has completed her Bachelor of Business majoring in Event Management from the Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, 2018.

Annie found herself changing careers and moving back home to pursue her dream of owning her own business and following her passion to help others.

Annie est. Refined Remedy in 2020, with the aim of a refined approach to treatment allowing clients to feel at ease knowing each treatment is specifically targeted to their needs.  

Providing treatments to a diverse range of clients from children to the elderly specifically targeting pain management.

 

Annie enjoys providing care to her clients assisting them to limit muscular pain, increasing range of movement and their quality of life.

In her free time Annie likes to spend time with her fur babies and partner at the beach and renovating their 1880s original homestead.  

Mitch Robertson (Remedial Therapist) 

Mitch graduated from SW Tafe with a Diploma of Remedial Massage, 2021. Remedial massage is a targeted therapy that aims to decrease pain associated with common conditions by improving range of movement and joint function through the facilitation of soft tissue manipulation.

From a young age, Mitch has been fascinated by the human body and its functioning. Playing basketball growing up Mitch has experienced a diverse range of modalities. This experience being an athlete led him to understand firsthand the importance to look after your body. Understanding that massage therapy can lead to optimising performance of athletes. 

​

His love of anatomy and skilled use of remedial techniques allows him to treat a diverse range of clients specifically targeting those experiencing chronic conditions, rehabilitation, injury management and prevention.  

​

In his free time Mitch loves watching Richmond win and binging all things sport!  

Jorja Adams (Massage Therapist) 

Jorja studied massage therapy through Discover Massage Australia in 2022 specialising in deep tissue massage for common injuries. Jorja also works at PDH as an Exercise Physiologist graduating with her Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021 from CSU Bathurst.

Jorja has always aspired to help people feel their best, promote general wellness and quality of life through enhancing the bodies ability to move pain free with a special interest in healing those living with musculoskeletal injury and/or chronic pain.

 

Massage therapy with Jorja offers clients the ability to achieve long term wellness as well as short term relief to enhance their active and lifestyle longevity.

 

In her spare time Jorja will be found outdoors camping or training all disciplines of a triathlon.
